LimitedRunGames 'BlazBlue: Central Fiction' Nintendo Switch Pre-Orders Stop Today

At 11:59 p.m. EST, physical copies of "Central Fiction" at LimitedRunGames.com will stop being sold.

At midnight tonight, "BlazBlue" Central Fiction," also known as "BlazBlue: Centralfiction," will stop allowing pre-orders for physical copies for the Nintendo Switch version. The physical copy for Nintendo Switch costs $49.99USD.

This is the only time "BlazBlue: Central Fiction" has been released physically for the Nintendo Switch in North America. Physical versions have only released in Europe and Japan.

"BlazBlue: Central Fiction" is the fourth entry in the "BlazBlue" series. Like prior “BlazBlue” titles, “Central Fiction” is a combination of a 2D fighter and visual novel. This "BlazBlue" entry acts as the end of Ragna's, the protagonist's, story.

"BlazBlue: Central Fiction" was originally developed in 2015 in Japan, releasing in North America in 2016. "Central Fiction" was developed by Arc System Works, who has also developed the "Guilty Gear" Series.

"BlazBlue: Central Fiction" for the Nintendo Switch released in 2019 as the Special Edition, including DLC characters such as Mai Natsume.

The "BlazBlue" series began with "BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger" in 2008, released internationally in 2009.

The sequel, "BlazBlue: Continuum Shift" and third title, "BlazBlue: Chronophantasma," released in 2009 in Japan & 2010 internationally and 2012 in Japan & 2013 internationally respectively.

"BlazBlue: Central Fiction Special Edition" and "BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle," a crossover fighting game, is available on the Nintendo Switch digitally, featuring characters from "RWBY," "Persona 4," and more.
