Massively Multiplayer Online Title 'Black Desert' Free for One More Day

"Black Desert" is available to grab for free for the sixth time.

"Black Desert" is still free on Steam and the official website in North America, Europe, Taiwan, and more, until April 13, at 1 p.m. EDT. In around 24 hours, "Black Desert" will go back to its $12.99CDN price.


Since April 6, "Black Desert" has been on a 100 per cent discount to celebrate the release of the massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPG) latest expansion, "Mountain of Eternal Winter."

This isn't the first time "Black Desert" has been made free. In fact, this is the sixth time "Black Desert" has been free or possible to obtain for free.


"Black Desert" is even free in countries like Japan.

"Black Desert," also known as "Black Desert Online," is the 2015 MMORPG title released on PC, 2016 in the west. "Black Desert" also released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2019.


"Black Desert Mobile" for Android and IOS released in 2019.

"Black Desert" was developed by Pearl Abyss, who created the 2020 battle royale "Shadow Arena." Pearl Abyss currently has three games in development, according to their website."


One of their games in development is "Crimson Desert," which was originally going to be a prequel to "Black Desert."
