Physical 'Castlevania Requiem' Pre-Orders Now Open on Limited Run Games

"Castlevania Requiem" includes both "Castlevania: Rondo of Blood" and the iconic "Castlevania: Symphony of the Night."

Limited Run Games has opened pre-orders for physical copies of "Castlevania Requiem" for the PlayStation 4 until Feb. 27, 2022. Limited Run Games also has pre-orders on "Castlevania" merchandise such as enamel pins open.

The physical version of "Castlevania Requiem" comes in three editions: Standard, Classic, and Ultimate. The Standard Edition, for $34.99USD, includes a mini poster.

The Classic Edition has a larger, reversible poster; a sound selection; and a retro styled box featuring artwork from illustrator Tom duBois, who illustrated cover art for many of Konami's retro titles.

The Ultimate Edition includes the above from the Classic Edition, with other goodies such as a:

• Double-sided game cover

• Steelbook

• Two-piece box based on the coffin save point in-game

• Vampire Killer chain pin

• Replicas of Alucard's shield and sword

• A premium outer box with artwork from artist Ayami Kojima, well-known for her work on the "Castlevania" franchise

• A certificate of authenticity

Alongside the pre-orders of physical copies of "Castlevania Requiem," merchandise from the "Castlevania Anniversary Collection" is also available for pre-order. These include a:

• T-Shirt

• Poster

• Enamel pin set of four

• Medusa Head Keychain

• Simon Belmont whip keychain

• Switch console case

• Playing card deck

The pre-order period for all the "Castlevania Anniversary Collection" products on Limited Run Games ends Feb. 27, 2022.

"Castlevania Requiem" released in 2018 for the PlayStation 4. "Castlevania Anniversary Collection," which includes eight classic "Castlevania" titles, released in 2019 for modern consoles and PC.

The original "Castlevania: Symphony of the Night" released in 1997 for the PlayStation 1, with "Castlevania: Rondo of Blood" releasing 1993 for the PC Engine CD. "Castlevania: Rondo of Blood" released outside of Japan in 2007 with the PlayStation Portable version.

"Castlevania: Rondo of Blood" received a reimagining which was released in 1995 on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System internationally called "Castlevania: Dracula X."
