The Adorable Platformer 'Gurumin 3D: A Monstrous Adventure' is Now on Sale

"Gurumin 3D: A Monstrous Adventure" is on sale for 80 per cent.

The adorable 2016 3D platformer for the Nintendo 3DS is on sale for $3.99CDN until March 23. "Gurumin 3D: A Monstrous Adventure" packs the same content as the PSP version and touch screen functionality.

Note: The sale is currently present on the 3DS eShop.

In "Gurumin," the player plays as Parin, who can be renamed. She befriends some monster friends after moving to a mining town, but gets caught up in the phantom's schemes.

Using her newfound drill, Parin will defeat the phantoms to save and protect her friends.

Parin can platform, attack phantoms with her drill, play minigames, find treasure chests with rewards, use special attacks to deal massive damage, and more.

The PSP and 3DS versions include six exclusive outfits, with the Nintendo 3DS version also including touch screen functionality.

"Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure" was developed by Nihon Falcom, who are more well known for the "Ys" and "The Legend of Heroes" Franchises.

The 80 per cent discount is thanks to the "Gurumin" publisher, Mastiff, holding the "Guru-Thon." By retweeting the "Guru-Thon" tweet or joining the Mastiff Discord server, the discount would be lowered from 20 percent to a maximum of 80 per cent.

The post gained over 130 retweets (26 per cent), with at least 35 users joining the Mastiff Discord server (34 per cent).
