Ver.0.3.8 Releases for the Hack-and-Slash Roguelike 'GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon'

The second major update for the roguelike hack-and-slash "GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon" includes bug fixes, gameplay additions, and many more.

Some of the new additions include the fourth stage, the "Subspace Citadel;" the Daidarabotchi yōkai as a boss; the Shishi Gaisara acer and Ashinaga-Tenaga yōkai as enemies; and more.

The gameplay and system of "GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon" will also see many adjustments, such as equipment balancing and status effects. There are also multiple bug fixes.


Multiple game additions and adjustments are being added thanks to the feedback of players, according to the "GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon" developers, Konami Digital Entertainment.


One of the additions added thanks to player feedback is the Hall of Treasures, where players can view information on enemies they have fought before.

"GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon" released May 21, 2021. The game is currently in Early Access on Steam. A release is scheduled some time in 2022 for the Nintendo Switch version.


"GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon" is a sequel to the 1987 Nintendo Famicom video game "GetsuFumaDen," which only released in Japan.
