Garfield Joins 'Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl' in Style

Garfield will be available for free Dec. 9, 2021 for all platforms.

The iconic orange cat finally makes his appearance "Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl" as a DLC character. being the first DLC character for the fighting game crossover title. Garfield's reveal comes after his addition was leaked back in October.


Garfield's move set as shown in the trailer consists of:

  • Burping

  • Throwing a pie

  • Using is litter box

  • Spinning his body

  • Waving his arms while brandishing fangs

  • Throwing a teddy bear

  • And more

Garfield's inclusion won't be a surprise to everyone due to the leaks before Garfield's release. The name of Garfield's stage was leaked as "Garfield's Dream."


Dataminers found files heavily proving Garfield's inclusion within the crossover title the day of release. Garfield was named in the files as "orb."

"Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl" released Oct. 5, 2021 for Steam, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. The crossover fighter was developed by Ludosity and Fair Play Labs.


Ludosity has developed other games, being most well-known for "Slap City" before "Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl." Fair Play Labs has developed a few games, such as "G.I. Joe: Operation Blackout."

The crossover fighter brings characters from multiple Nickelodeon properties both old and new, such as SpongeBob, Korra, and more to duke it out.
