The hope and despair of "Danganronpa" can now be experienced on a Nintendo console.
"Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc," "Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair," "Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony," and "Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp" are now available on the Nintendo Switch. All entries are under $40CDN.
"Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc" and "Goodbye Despair" cost $19.94CDN. "Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony" is $39.89CDN. The newest entry, "Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp," is $26.59CDN.
All four games are available as a part of "Danganronpa Decadence. The physical release of "Danganronpa Decadence" all four titles.
The "Danganronpa" series is about high schoolers who are trapped in a killing game where they must kill each other to escape. Every time someone is murdered, a class trial is held to figure out who the culprit is.

The "Danganronpa" games are point-and-click visual novels where players must solve logic puzzles. The game also features first-person movement and optional dating simulator mechanics.
"Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp" is an exception, as it's a board game mixed with turn-based RPG gameplay.

"Ultimate Summer Camp" is an expansion of the Ultimate Talent Development Plan and Monokuma's Test post-game mini-games in "Killing Harmony."
"Danganronpa" originally released in Japan with "Trigger Happy Havoc" in 2010, followed by "Goodbye Despair" in 2012, both for the PlayStation Portable (PSP). In 2017, "Killing Harmony" released for Steam, PSP Vita, and PlayStation 4.
The first two entries were later ported and localized internationally for the PSP Vita in 2014. "Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc" coming to the PSP Vita in Japan in 2013.
The "Danganronpa" series was developed by Spike Chunsoft, who has also developed the "Zero Escape" and "Pokémon Mystery Dungeon" games.
The "Danganronpa" series also has a spin-off title "Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls." This is the only "Danganronpa" game to still not be available on the Nintendo Switch.
