Toby Fox is the creator & composer of the hit indie game "Undertale," "Deltarune," and more. According to Fox, he entered the project when he asked to make a similar song to his "Hopes and Dreams" song from "Undertale."
Originally, "Hopes and Dreams" was going to be sampled for the song.
PUNPEE is a hip-hop singer, who sung the Opening for the 2021 mystery anime "Odd Taxi." Imase is a singer, with his first major debut song being in 2021.
The commercial is for the sports drink, Pocari Sweat. Pocari Sweat has "electrolytes that resembles the natural fluid balance of the human body." according to the official Pocari Sweat website.
