Multiple 'Guilty Gear' and 'BlazBlue' Titles Discounted for Steam Sale

Seven 2D fighters from Arc System Works are on sale for up to 85 per cent.

All "BlazBlue" titles, "GUILTY GEAR XX ACCENT CORE PLUS R," and "GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-" are all on sale on Steam. This Arc System Works sale ends Dec. 13 at 1 p.m. EST.


The BlazBlue games/downloadable content on sale on Steam include:

"BlazBlue" debuted with "BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger" in 2008 in arcades, later released for consoles and internationally in 2009. The last main entry is in the "BlazBlue" series is "BlazBlue Centralfiction," released in 2015 in Japan and 2016 in North America.

"BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle" is a crossover fighting game featuring characters from "RWBY," "Persona," and more.

"GUILTY GEAR XX ACCENT CORE PLUS R" released in 2012 for arcades, becoming available in North America in 2013 for the PSP Vita. "GUILTY GEAR XX ACCENT CORE PLUS R" is the fifth version of "GUILTY GEAR XX," which came out in 2002.

"GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-" released this year and is the latest entry in the "Guilty Gear" series.

The "Guilty Gear" series began in 1998 with the original "Guilty Gear." While the first "Guilty Gear" entry is available on Steam, it's not on sale.


Yesterday night, Arc System Works announced Rollback Netcode is now in "BlazBlue Centralfiction" and "BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle."
