The 'Life is Strange Remastered Collection' Nintendo Switch Version is Now Delayed

The other versions of the "Life is Strange Remastered Collection" will still release February 1, 2022 as scheduled.

The Nintendo Switch version will be released later this year, requiring more time to finish before releasing.

On a positive note, the announcement notes an extended look at "Life is Strange Remastered Collection" will be unveiled next week Tuesday. There are also a variety of preview bonuses planned before the launch.

The "Life is Strange Remastered Collection" will be released Feb. 1, 2022 for Google Stadia, PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. The collection will remaster "Life is Strange" and its prequel, "Life is Strange: Before the Storm."

The games, according to their marketing pages, will include enhanced, remastered visuals. Animation will also be improved in at least "Life is Strange" using mocap technology.

"Life is Strange" originally released in 2015, with "Life is Strange: Before the Storm" releasing in 2017. The original "Life is Strange" was developed by DONTNOD Entertainment, who also developed the sequel, "Life is Strange 2," "Vampyr," and more.

"Life is Strange: Before the Storm" was developed by Deck Nine, who's working on the "Life is Strange Remastered Collection" and developed last year's "Life is Strange: True Colors."

The "Life is Strange Remastered Collection" can be pre-ordered for around $53.99CDN.
