The cinematic trailer for the December "The New War" expansion in "Warframe" and release details are debuting right now on Twitch. The Stream is scheduled to be around an hour and 30 minutes.
The DevStream will also include a Riven Mod Grab bag for viewers who watch the DevStream. Riven Mods give bonuses, attributes, and more to weapons in "Warframe." Each Riven Mod is unique.
"The New Wars'" story features the Sentient, originally created as terraforming machines, trying to invade with an army.
"The New War" will feature a new Warframe, new weapons & characters, and more. "The New War" expansion will release for PC and consoles at the same time in December.
"The New War" expansion was teased back in 2018 during TennoCon. Tennocon is an official convention for "Warframe."
"The New War" expansion launch month was announced Nov. 12, with the Prime Resurgence event starting on Nov. 16 to help players prepare for the expansion. The current Prime Resurgence will stay live for around an hour and a half after the livestream.
"Warframe" is the 2013 free-to-play third-person shooter where players collect loot. The game features a variety of weapons and even a parkour system. Today "Warframe" has around 40,000 players on average.
"Warframe" is developed by Digital Extremes, founded in 1993. Digital Extremes has worked on titles such as "Bioshock 2," "Unreal Tournament 2004," and more.
"The New War" expansion will be the eleventh expansion for "Warframe."
